Change a view of your project with themes

A theme is now your project looks to the end user, t.i. your customers. You probably want to change design for your support system to be the same with your site.

To change theme you shold to go to "Themes" section under "Settings" menu. There you will see a list of themes available to you.

You can choose any of available themes by checkboxes. A theme can be assigned to whole your project and for individual language variant.

There are two types of themes:

• System — provided by our platform;
• Personal — belongs to your project.

System themes

System themes can be copied to your project for further editing. Also you can take a look inside a theme to see its files.

Please, notice, that files insode system themes can be changed at any time, and these changes will not reflect on theme's copies.

Personal themes

Personal themes are belongs and available to your project only. You are free to edit them by your wishes.

Editing you theme

When you go to your theme page, you will see a directories tree. Click a folder or a file in the tree to see available actions and short help (if available) for the file or directory on the right side.

A text file will be opened in editor when selected.

All theme files are spreaded by folders. Most of folders have short help, which you can see when select a folder in a tree.
